I have 14 years’ experience from fine dining to event catering, I have a passion for food and take a lot of pride in what I can achieve.  Recently I have been working as a self-employed chef. I have worked at many events in and around the UK and also worked for an event catering company as one of the event planning chefs.  The events we have worked at include weddings catering up to 500 people at a time, and I also worked at the London 2012 Olympic games and TV & Film Catering.
