My name is Joe and I am a personal and private chef in the north east. I have a background of working in private chalets in the French alps and fine dining restaurants, along with private catering. From running a team to working on my own and large event catering to cooking for small numbers. Fine dining and private catering for me is about making someones evening special. I love creating new menus and dishes and wouldn’t say I have a specific style of cooking as I enjoy cooking all types of cuisines (gluten free/vegan/vegetarian cooking menus available).
