We cook authentic Chicken & Chorizo and Seafood Paella along with a wonderful vegetarian Paella, spicy Canarian Potatoes with homemade Mojo sauce and Chorizo rolls: fresh spicy chorizo, served straight from a sizzling grill, sandwiched in a sliced Ciabatta with Piquillo peppers and crisp rocket leaves.
